I am amazed that you wrote this so beautifully. I have lived that life of shame because of what other's have done and often see myself as unworthy even today. It's a lifelong battle I face. I have witnessed the shame already in my daughter and I am struggling to help her get rid of it after carrying my own a lifetime. I have forgiven myself and those around me, but am at a loss as to help her. No amount of words seem to do the trick. Any ideas?
